Why am I not eligible to cash a check?

You may not be eligible to cash a check because you have not activated your chip-enabled Walmart MoneyCard debit card or if your device is within the state of New York. Ingo Money check cashing service is not available within the state of New York. If you are physically located within the border of the state of New York when you try to access the service, you will receive an error message & will be unable to use the service.
