Can I transfer money from someone else’s bank account to my Walmart MoneyCard account?

Walmart MoneyCard only allows you to transfer money from your personal bank account located within the U.S. to your Walmart MoneyCard account. Others can transfer money from their bank account to your Walmart MoneyCard account by visiting their bank’s website or app.
