My bank transfer was rejected. Why?

There are a few reasons why your bank transfer could be rejected:

The bank account you’re transferring from may not have enough funds in it to make the transfer.

The bank account you’re transferring from may be closed.

Your first bank transfer has not processed You must wait until your first transfer has processed before making another transfer.

The login credentials for the bank account you’re transferring from have been updated. If this happens you will be asked to re-link your bank account with the updated login credentials. Visit the bank account you are transferring funds from for more information.
