Tap Manage cards in the Account menu.

Tap Report a card lost or stolen.

Confirm the address is accurate or edit the correct address & Tap Confirm card lost or stolen.*

If you need to withdraw cash from your account, tap Get cash now to generate a barcode to pick up cash at Walmart.

*This immediately deactivates your card & sends a replacement to the mailing address we have for your account.
