Who can participate in the Refer-a-Friend program?

All Walmart MoneyCard accountholders with accounts in good st&ing are eligible to send referrals to their friends & family. Only referrals to friends that do not have a current Walmart MoneyCard account or have not previously opened a Walmart MoneyCard account regardless of account status are eligible for the rewards.
