Can I still access my funds if my card is reported lost or stolen?

Yes, when you report your card lost or stolen you will see an option to pick up cash from your account at Walmart. Look for the "Get cash now?" button & follow the simple instructions to create a cash pick up barcode to take to Walmart to pick up your cash. $3 retail service fee applies.

After you report your card lost or stolen, you can continue to access available funds from your account while you wait for your replacement card to arrive.

Log in to your account & go to the "Manage cards" section found under "Settings" on Walmart MoneyCard.com or in "Menu" in the Walmart MoneyCard app.
Select "Track/activate card" & then click or tap the "Get cash now?" button.
From there, follow the simple steps to generate a time-sensitive barcode that you can take along with your valid government-issued ID to Walmart to pick up your cash.
