Can I use my temporary Walmart MoneyCard Visa Debit card while waiting for my personalized chip-enabled card?

Yes. Upon successful activation of your temporary card, you can make purchases in-store, online or everywhere Visa debit or Debit Mastercard are accepted in the U.S. Use your temporary card until your personalized chip-enabled card arrives in the mail, within approximatively 7-10 days. Activate your personalized card following the instructions on the label to unlock all features on your account plus enjoy the security of a chip-enabled card.
