My temporary Walmart MoneyCard Visa Debit card only has limited feature availability – what does that mean?

We were not able to verify your information, so there are only basic features available on your account.&; You may access your balance & transaction history plus spend any money on the account. However, you cannot add money or use the card for ATM or cash access. If you submitted documents to verify your identity or feel that this is an error, please contact us at (877) 937-4098 from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm Pacific St&ard Time.
