What else should I consider when filing a Walmart MoneyCard dispute?

Change your password & or PIN if you see transactions you don't recognize to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

If your card has been misplaced, you can lock your card through the Manage cards page online or in the Walmart MoneyCard app.

If your card is lost, or stolen, please report your card lost/stolen online or by calling (877) 937-4098. If you report unauthorized transactions, we will deactivate your card & issue a replacement.

If the issue involves merch&ise or service, often it is faster to contact the merchant that made the charge as they can cancel or reverse the transaction. If the merchant agrees to issue credit, ask them how long it will be until you see the credit on your account.
