Why did I receive an offer in the mail?

You were specially selected to receive a Walmart MoneyCard offer because you’re a prior customer OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. No credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf & no account was opened in your name. The card sent to you is not active & has no value. You can activate your new Walmart MoneyCard card by following the simple instructions that came with it.

If you don’t want the card, you can simply destroy it. To be removed from future mailings, you can opt out online here. You can also send a request with your name & address to Walmart MoneyCard, P.O. Box 1070, West Chester, OH 45071.
