Will I have access to my funds while my Walmart MoneyCard dispute is investigated?

If you are disputing unauthorized activity on your card, we will make our best efforts to secure your funds by blocking or restricting your card. If your card has been blocked or restricted, we will provide access to your funds by issuing you a new card or a refund check for any remaining balance in your account.
