How can we help?
How do I opt out of future mailings from Walmart MoneyCard?
If you were specially selected to receive a Walmart MoneyCard offer in the mail and would no longer like to receive future mailings from Walmart MoneyCard or other products serviced by Green Dot Corporation, you can opt out here. You can also send a request with your name and address to Walmart MoneyCard, P.O. Box 1070, West Chester, OH 45071.
We sent you an offer because you’ve used one of our banking products in the past OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. The card sent to you is not active and has no value until you choose to activate it and deposit money into your account. If you do not want the card, simply destroy it as the card has no value and no account was opened, no credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name. If you would like to keep your card, you can activate your new Walmart MoneyCard by following the simple instructions that came with it.
