Welcome to the
Walmart MoneyCard Help Center
How can we help?
Why did I receive an offer for a Walmart MoneyCard in the mail?
You were specially selected to receive a Walmart MoneyCard offer because you’ve used one of our banking products in the past OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. No credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name. The card sent to you is not active and has no value until you choose to activate it and deposit money into your account. You can activate your new Walmart MoneyCard by following the simple instructions that came with it.
If you don’t want the card, you can simply destroy it. To be removed from future mailings, you can opt out online here. You can also send a request with your name and address to Walmart MoneyCard , P.O. Box 1070, West Chester, OH 45071
