Why was I contacted by phone or text message from Walmart MoneyCard?

If you received a text message or phone call from us, it is likely because we are attempting to contact you regarding an important matter about your account or to provide you assistance with an inquiry. We monitor your account and will send a text if we ever notice something suspicious.

Occasionally, we will also send out marketing messages via text message. If you wish to opt out of text messages, phone calls or both you can opt out here or reply ‘STOP’ to stop receiving marketing text messages.
